Just had a follow up scan and my sub chronic haemorrhage has doubled in size ☹️

Has anyone else had experiences of SCH and a positive outcome ?? 🤞🏻🤞🏻

@Roo that’s so reassuring to hear !! Did the doctor get you to do anything in particular? It’s hard to find anything positive online and really scaring me !! Your baby is so so adorable!! 💖

@Isabella thank you 🥰 Activity was just minimal - I'm not sure if all docs say the same but for the most part I just relaxed (as best as can be) only did 1 short walk a day & I supplemented with vitamin c - again don't know if it played any part. The hardest part was just watching and waiting but hopefully this gives you some hope. Also statistics helped me. Some data suggests 70-90% result in healthy pregnancies so the odds are in your favour xx

Interesting I haven’t heard of the vitamin c I’ll ask my doctor tomorrow if I should be doing that to ! It definitely gives me hope thank you so much 🤞🏻🤞🏻 I’m on progesterone as well so I’m hoping that helps as well

Hey! I had one that then kept splitting and getting smaller. At the beginning my midwife said there was nothing we could really do and she just said to call the emergency line if anything happened and she would walk me through what to do. I read on someone else's post that they drank a lot of pomegranate juice to supposedly heal because It has vitamin c or something. So I drank a ton for no reason but it made me feel like I was doing something. All gone now when I did my 20 week ultrasound 💕

I had 3 very large ones at 16 weeks and they didnt clear up til 25 weeks! Perfect baby girl who is 4 months now. Had an ultrasound every week for peace of mind!

@Xenia and@Alexa thank you 🥰 did either of you need bed rest or anything?? I have a very busy toddler and finding the advice to “rest” very very difficult!! X

I was just told no working out, intercourse, and to not lift heavy things until they resolved.

My dr put me on partial bed rest for mine (I had 2). I’m now 25wks along with our rainbow girl ❤️. Definitely just keeping activity to a minimum was important. I was fine to drive and work but no long walks or grocery trips.
