What do you want most in a postpartum fitness program?

Diet for breastfeeding moms that want to lose weight but increase supply. I've heard there's certain foods that help heal diastis recti. Not sure what those are though. Of course core exercises diastis recti, pelvic floor, foot excerices to heal arches (apparently that's what causes 70% of women to go up 1-2 shoe sizes after pregnancy.) Chest exercises that won't completely get rid of boobs. Fat burning, body toning workouts. Quick and effective, preferably like 15-45 minutes. Warm up and cool down/stretching included.
