Tax free childcare/free hours childcare question
Has anyone else received a letter from HMRevenue asking them to provide pay slips and proof of wages paid into their bank account in order to reconfirm their eligibility for tax free and free hours!?
I’ve literally used it for a year, nothing has changed in our circumstances at all for them to need it! They’ve reconfirmed before without this so I don’t understand… I’m panicking a bit because I don’t have access to a printer for starters, AND I need this reconfirmed so that my youngest can start preschool in Sept! I did this reconfirmation on the 24th June 😞

We applied via the online system and had to provide screenshots/photos of payslips. We've had to reconfirm every 3 months and they've not asked again but definitely call them and you could probably submit it online. It may be due to your youngest starting.
I had an email asking and called up to get a wetransfer link then attached the screenshots to that and they were happy with that
