Pregnancy Fitness At Home - UK based

Looking for any recommendations of pregnancy safe at home workout plans that anyone might have followed and liked? Whilst fitness is not my number one priority I’m feeling really sluggish not being as active as I use to when doing HIIT classes and weights based stuff. Has anyone tried Joe Wicks’ prenatal work out plan or RWL (Lucy Mecklenburgh’s app)…or any others! Thanks so much
