Does anyone feel anxious being out and about at the minute after everything going on in the uk?

I’m not really an anxious person but I’m finding myself feeling stressed in public places and only feel safe at home or in my car. It’s heartbreaking that we have come to this, I’ve never felt like this.

It's OK for a mother to feel unsafe. I feel anxious too. It's horrible what happened, but I don't want this to affect my every day life/activity. This should push us to find a solution and to think more about where we are going, as a society.

Yep! As a muslim woman with very obvious muslim appearance, it is terrifying

Yep, Ive cancelled quite a few plans because I don't want to go into big cities at the moment. It's absolutely awful!

Sounds bad but I have no idea what's going on 🙈🙈 we live in the country so not worried anyway.

I don't follow the news, so I'm not up to date what's been going on, but I'm fortunate in Edinburgh. There haven't been any scary incidents that would cause any fear or anxiety of going out (other than it being the fringe festival and public transport is horrendous with a buggy and a walking toddler)

It's so scary at the moment but if you can try going to the woods for days out. No one should have to feel scared it's horrible what's happening but it will pass x
