No worries - I was and am again taking the Pregnancy & New Mother Supplement and the Omega. It’s confusing because they have a label for the Omega as being pregnancy related but actually that’s just omega and not everything combined. You need both. Well don’t need but recommended so you get the omega plus all the pregnancy supplements. Vitamin D is also recommended but at the moment with summer I’ve not been taking but will start in the next month or so. It’s included in the pregnancy supplements too but recommended to have a higher support in pregnancy/winter. It’s both of these (see link). I use Proceive and really recommend them. I used them both pre-conception and have used the first trimester and will get the second trimester ones very soon. I don’t have any side effects from using them! Xx

Yes agree with Olivia and I got mine on a 342 offer at boots, I used the pre concieve ones as well, I have got the ones with the omega 3 as well. Some say the tablets are big but being someone not used to taking tablets I have no issues x
Wild Nutrition are my go to! I’ve used them for the last couple of years for fertility, pregnancy & breastfeeding. They are expensive but I find them great. Natural and really high quality and no upset tummy/nausea from them. The usually have good deals for subscriptions. I took pregnancy supplements as well as vitamin D & Omega. Omega is so good for pregnancy & brain development! They offer free consults too which I find helpful. Had my daughter last June and she’s been slightly advanced in a few things (not that it means much at this age) and while it’s probably not related, we always joke it was the omega!
