my son is 9 months btw

Love the plate and all of the colors Does he eats all of that, my little girl is 7mo and I’m not sure if I’m feeding her enough on her plate I still breastfeed her before or after so I know she’s not starving I was just worried about the amount of food

@Laryssa for the most part yes he eats everything ! when I prepare the plate I let him feed himself for like 10 minutes and then after I help feed him the rest! I was the same way I was super worried that he wasn't eating enough but to be honest he didn't start loving food until about 8 months! before that he would just pick and play with the food. it discouraged me alot but I kept making him meals everyday even if he would just play with it and then eventually he started loving it. He still breastfeeds as well! I try to space it out so he's not full from the milk but also not super hungry to were he just wants milk
