You should make sure with a pelvic floor therapist if you have diastasis recti. This is often the cause when you have pain in your abdomen while using those muscles.
If you have diastasis recti it can actually be harmful to start doing abdominal exercises before your diastasis is healed ….
I thought diastasis recti was your higher abs like the 6 pack area? I was having pain really low down by my section scar
The exercises are possibly too high impact for ur core. Take the lower impact options where possible this also includes decreasing weight. Make sure you are rebuilding your pelvic floor as well
