I’m took Ifolic as recommended by My GP. I also take iron (bioceuticals) and viramin D semi regularly. Elevit just didn’t agree with me.
You literally only need Folate. Not folic acid, not elevit. They’re all synthetic and contain toxins. Folate is all you need xx
