I used pregnacare with my first and just got myself some! 3 for 2 on Amazon at the mo got 3 months for about £7

Nutri advanced my acupuncturist recommended. Although she said not to buy tablets through Amazon as apparently they don’t always store at the right temperatures (too cold in warehouse)

I use Vitl pregnancy & breastfeeding. The folic acid is in folate form so much easier for the body to absorb and no nasties/binders. Pretty affordable at £13ish a bottle too
