Sounds like it could be implantation bleeding. I had a miscarriage before my first pregnancy and it was extremely heavy blood with large clots and proper red. This pregnancy I had some implantation bleeding and it was like what you’re describing I’d keep an eye on it to see if it changes and if possible book an ‘early reassurance scan’ privately
It may be a chemical pregnancy. I had this about 4 months ago. It came up positive and then that evening I’d started to spot and by the morning it was heavy. It could also be implantation bleeding though if it stays light. The gp suggested I did another test a week later to see if I wasn’t sure. Sorry you’re going through this x
How heavy is the bleeding and what color? How far are you since your missed period?
