How long did you take postnatal tablets?
I took it for 3 months on and off. Can I start taking it again? I have half boyttle of it and don't want to get it wasted.😂
Also moreover if it's good for my health i was planning to take it again.
Still breastfeeding planning to continue till lo turns 2yrs.
No more plans for baby
So is it ok to start postnatal tablets just like other multivitamins?

My pediatrician just recommended to keep taking my prenatal, which I've been doing. I don't know what the difference with a postnatal was but I thought she would suggested that. I honestly never remembered to look into it.
