I dont use jars just a lot of onions and tomatoes, then towards the end i add some boiling water and let it bubble for 20 mins on low unfil the water has gone down, usually you’re left with a curry like consistency, it is more saucy and watery but not so watery

@Aqsa i do the same as Aqsa x you’ll also need to be mindful of how much masala you have otherwise when you add the water in the end it could reduce the taste and taste bland x
Fried onions, soaked cashews , tomatoes and thick yogurt, blend all together to make thick curry 🍛
blend fresh on the vine tomatos into a purré after you have browned the onions and added the spices, and let it just thicken ! i genuinely dont like tinned tomatos either but there was one type that i acc did like, and it has a really nice taste too, its the napolina chopped tomatos. i'll add the pic underneath
