quick question

ok this might be a dumb question and i know this isn’t a poll i just need a quick answer then i’ll delete this. when you see people posting workout videos and it says do squats 3x20 what the fuck does that mean?😂 like do i have to do three sets of 20? meaning 60 times? i hope this isn’t right because wtf but i felt dumb asking somebody i knew so please answer sincerely, a mom trying to lose this c section pouch

Yeah that’s it in total 60 times😂 you’d do 20 have a little rest do another 20 etc etc x

3 sets of 20 it is 60 in total it just means 20 then break another 20 break another 20 instead of all at once and not getting the burn

A beginner could do 3 sets of 10 squats, without much weight on it. Or tbh unweighted squats to practise and get your form right.

Lol this isn't dumb. I used to get especially tripped up by 3x5 - uhhhh three sets of five reps, or three reps in five sets? 🤣 Everyone starts somewhere and there is a lot to learn in the beginning 😀

Yes but breaks in between, i normally do 4 sets of 12 with a 10–20 second break
