Not baby related but can someone point me into the right direction of a good probiotic that actually works!

What do you mean “that actually works?” Is your baby constipated? There’s natural probiotics in breastmilk and yogurt so as long as you baby is breastfeeding and/or has a pouch of yogurt a day there’s really no need for extra probiotics, there’s millions of live good bacteria in yogurt

I assume it’s for you since you said not baby related. The best thing you can do for your gut is eat fermented foods, probiotics are hit and miss… what kind of issues do you have? Before pregnancy I was taking these amazing ones called “wild dose for bloating” and I couldn’t recommend them enough. They even helped my issues with reflux as well as my bloating and general digestion, and they have probiotics in them. Other than that, I was tested for h. Pylori and did the treatment, while at the same time I started including lots of probiotics (kefir, kombucha, sauerkraut, kimchi, yogurt and fermented cheeses) in my diet.

Ohhh for you. Sorry. I eat yogurt and a bunch of kimchi (couldn’t get on the kombucha train, tastes like crap to me) so I have a tub of kimchi at all times in my fridge but yeah that’s where in get my probiotics from. And yogurt

@Kellie yeah kombucha is super weird, i was never a fan until I found a local brewery that makes one with hemp and hops that makes me feel like i’m just drinking a fancy beer!

Seeking health are a great brand and they do probiotics, not cheap but you are paying for higher quality than most

Biomel is quite good x
