@Sarah I use it to track bottles because my memory is horrendous lol! Do you follow the “sweet spot” recommendations on the app for sleep?
Yes I do and I find it’s very accurate! I’ve paid for the upgrade too. Then you can look over the weeks and it’ll be likely a pattern forms. My day totally depends on when he wakes and how long he naps for to start with but it’s pretty similar. I do a lot of social stuff which often messes things up but I usually work around his estimated sleep, basing on wake windows & sweet spots!! I’m actually trying to form a better routine and saw a morning one from someone I follow which was interesting (included specific time for play etc), I’ll send the link below. Baby is a bit older than ours but might give you some ideas x

Yer we use ‘little ones’. You might just find you need to give baby power naps to begin with so they can make the slots. Or like jig the naps back or forth 15 to begin with cause it might not fit your bab straight away. For example We use the 7-9m routine for Sonny atm and he can’t make the new wake windows yet so we use the nap slots from the younger routine but cut them a bit shorter cause he defo needs less daytime sleep now. If you want a chat I’d be happy to cause it does sound like a lot of work but it is manageable if it’s something you want to put in place. I can also send you the pdf for the routine if you want! It’s quite good cause it has like info in what you do if a nap doesn’t go well for example. X

Do you use an app? I use huckleberry and I think it’s Amazing, it’s helped us form a good routine with sleep and then bottles just go around that every 3hrs or so.
