I found pregnancy yoga great. It kept me limber right up to giving birth ☺️
If it helps I went to a antenatal class yesterday and it was all about fitness. They said you can basically do everything besides bike riding/horse riding and high impact sports just because of the risk of bumping bump. Just ensure to listen to your body take it light whilst you start up again. Xx
They have a lot of options on youtube, cardio, pilates, yoga all pregnancy safe and u can look at specific trimester safe follow alongs too.
