👋 I had it about two months ago, started meds and learned I’m pregnant again. Now doing my best pretending I don’t want to end this all every single minute

@Mariya feel free to message me

We have been going through a whole lot, and I feel like I can't catch my breath wondering why it is happening, and it's my fault that it happened again

I’m always available if any of you need to vent, or just cry. Using tools like mindfulness, and breathing exercises are helpful. I know how tough having anxiety and depression can be. I’m here for you ladies.

for sure. and my dads one year anniversary of his passing is this friday. definitely going through it

I’m here you know that ❤️❤️

Yes! I’ve been trying my best to do things that make ME happy and feel good. If we don’t speak up for ourselves that we’re drowning then no one can help🫂

Yes but I've been on a therapeutic dose of setraline, rejected offer of CBT and I'm making big plans for my kids

I’ve been struggling myself lately. More so anxiety than depression but also feeling low and worthless all the time. I don’t have a great support system so it makes it hard. I’ve been working on therapy and taking meds. But there’s no magic feel better pill unfortunately. Sorry you’re going through it too

I know that feeling always here if you need a chat message me anytime xx

@Rebecca this is also a factor a tablet can only change what's happening on the inside but on the outside plenty of opportunity for change ie making friends and building a village

@Susan for me it’s a challenge I work from home and raise my daughter. My husband works graveyard. I don’t have many friends left and it’s hard to make new ones because I’m just always home with my daughter.

@Rebecca I only have one friend but I don't see her often as she's got a lot on her plate. Can't spend a lot of time with my boyfriend as he's got a SEN child. Now all the classes are closed for the summer. If you get a chance to go out you may find a friend when you least suspect it. I'm used to a small social circle
