Holiday!

Going to Rhodes in a few weeks and will be 12 weeks exactly - finally. I’m a bit concerned about salads, ice, tap water etc. I’ve done my research about the cheeses and yoghurt (the important bits) but unsure about the above. Do you think it’ll be ok? So hard to find the right answers - I don’t want to ruin my holiday, but equally don’t want to put myself in danger. Thoughts welcomed ❤️🥰

I went to Kos at 8 weeks. We stayed in a nice hotel and it was all inclusive so I felt confident eating the fresh salads. I only had Bottled water (which I would normally due anyway) and I didn't worry about ice. If I was eating out I would take it on a case by case basis with how I felt about the restaurant. I didn't feel like eating much at the time anyway 😅

Thank you! I’ll be vigilant - it always nice to know what other people do. And I’m sorry you couldn’t eat too much! I’m really hoping that I will be able to eat my weight haha

The quality of food will be massively better there as most of the things are locally produced. Water isn’t a health issue as such. Ice is fine but maybe get some bottled water (it’s quite affordable). In terms of greens and salad, continue doing what you do here! Enjoy your holiday!!
