Booty workouts

Anyone know any good workouts to help with “mom butt”? Literally deflated after giving birth😩🫠

My butt inflated during pregnancy. I think it was hormones. Maybe you butt is just like pre-pregnancy?

@Stephanie no, this is new for me postpartum

I found that my hip muscles and butt muscles were so weak after being pregnant and standing like a shrimp during and after def doesn’t help BUT I’d say hip bridges, leg raises, jump squats, stuff like that

I do leg raises while doing dishes I got a 3yr, 2yr and 3 month old I barely got time to myself I workout throughout the day lol

Pilates YouTube videos ! 💖 and if you can weights 3x’s a week, hip thrust , good mornings , RDLS , Leg lifts

My butt got bigger during pregnancy and now it's flat as can be 😂🤣 I'm still trying to figure out what to do to get it back plump and juicy. I hear breastfeeding takes your booty away though as well as standing like shrimp causes mom butt and I'm guilty 😭

@Rosie so glad it’s not just me! 😆I have to remind myself that my body is literally sustaining my baby and that it’s okay.

Hip thrusts and kettle bell workouts

Fire hydrants, sumo squats, bridges just a few

I remember when I did volleyball in highschool and did roofing after my ass was phenomenal. SQUATS, STAIRS, LUNGES 👈 I crab squat walk around the house, run up and down the stairs, do squats holding our 20lb 6mo old, and resistance bands are great for donkey "kicks". I try to just habitually do this around the house. We have a treadmill will a big incline too. Now the c section overhang pouch is a whole other ordeal

Roller Skating? Hear me out: its basically all balance, posture, flexibility (nothing i have naturally). picked it up just for fun and quickly realised this is pilates/barre/yoga on wheels. Easy with a stroller too 😊

Sorry, I didn't address the booty. You can basically do all the exercises mentioned above by other ladies but on skates so its super hard but fun. Ive never had a butt, i still dont but its at least shapin up ya know?
