TW- possible miscarriage

I should be 9w today but after after my appointment yesterday I'm not sure what to think. There was no heart beat, but there was fetal pole and sag. She said it looked like I was 6 weeks. My heart sank but my doctor wanted me to get my HGC levels tested. I got them back today and they were over 95,000. I'm going back tomorrow and seeing if they are increasing. I had lost complete hope ( realist here ) but now I don't know? And yes I'm sure on my period dates that's why I was convinced it was gone. no cramping bleed anything. when i did bloodwork at 4-5 weeks everything was good. thoughts? this waiting part is so hard.

I truly hope everything is okay. The exact same thing happened to me and I was having a silent miscarriage. Was 9 weeks the baby stopped growing at 6. Hcg and everything was going up but the baby had passed. Try not to stress though is it possible you got your dates mixed up? Sending you good vibes I hope baby is just a little small and u have nothing to worry about 🩷

@Susan I decided to just go ahead and get a d&c. We monitored for 3 weeks and my hcg was still going up but no fetal growth. I think I had 3 ultrasounds to confirm. Idk if that’s normal or if they were just being nice because I truly did not believe them. After those 3 weeks my doctor thought it was best to get a d&c since I showed no signs of miscarriage at all and decaying fetal material can lead to sepsis. They said I could give the medicine a try but it would likely end with a d&c anyways. I felt that was best for me because I just wanted it to be over with.
