Folic acid + pregnacare
I am on 5mg folic acid which I take daily.
Is it okay to also have pregnacare OR women’s multivitamins together?
Want to make sure baby is getting all the right nutrients/vitamins

Yes you can. However, you might want to consider switching to methylated folate supplements which are the natural form. Folic acid is synthetic. X
I'm in the same boat!! I haven't got a midwife yet but the pharmacist told me to speak to my GP so going to try get an appointment
