I put mine in a smoothie every morning 🙃 I change up what fruit I put in but always put pineapple and dates in as pineapple is good for labour too xx
Salad sounds delicious and good shout re pineapple! I made some bars last night blended dates and nuts then melt dark chocolate over the top Going to try a smoothie with dates, banana, peanut butter, protein and almond milk this morning
I love them in smoothies! Or with oats, either cooked into morning porridge or added to a homemade flapjack bar to snack on xx
I was going to ask this exact question! :) I out them in a salmon salad with rocket, avocado, fig, beetroot and walnuts. Balsamic dressing on top. Sometimes use mozzarella or falafel instead of salmon. Have been having this for years so just been increasing the dates I have on it! Also sticking them in smoothies. But also want to hear more ideas for how to eat them! :)
