I think im having a miscarriage, im not sure and neither was the er. i started heavy bleeding at 5am and it stopped abruptly, i also passed a clot that was kinda big. The ER said the ultrasound came back fine and the baby had a heartbeat but im spotting now.
Idk what to do

Baby is now a 2 year old toddler ☺️ Honestly hun, if you’re worried go get yourself checked again, there’s no harm in doing so, it’s not worth the risk delaying it if you genuinely are worried but I hope everything goes well for you & baby is okay x

Please do, just for your own peace of mind as I know how something like this can eat us up from the inside. I had to wait 2 days before before the emergency scan as I wasn’t in my hometown & it made me so depressed

Hey hun, I had the exact same thing. I was spotting hard like a heavy period on day 2 of a cycle & thought I had a miscarriage. Also saw a clot & had an emergency scan that showed there was a heartbeat. If you’re worried again go back to the ER.
