Maternity pay
Hey, wondering if anyone could help me understand pay as I just don’t get it 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ I work full time and I’m lucky enough for my work to pay me 6 months full pay. Am I still entitled to stat maternity pay? And if so, when does this kick in? Thanks 🥰

I’m in the same boat. Full pay for 6 months then drops to stat pay for 3 months and nothing for the last 3 months

Your full pay is enhanced stat pay and will drop to just stat after 26 weeks (if you get 6 months full). Stat pay only lasts 39 weeks so you’ll then get 3 months at stat and then drop to nothing if you’re planning on taking longer than 9 months off
