Just started working out😩

I just recently started stretching every morning to get my flexibility back but I purchased a stepper and after 5 min my heart started pounding 😭😭I was planning to be on it for an hr but I didn’t think that little thing was going to make me out of breath after like 5 minutes 😭

I got an elliptical stepper and swore I'd be able to do 15 minutes daily starting off, I lasted 5 minutes and was WINDED lol. So now I do 5 minutes 3 to 4 times a day until I can get my endurance up. You got this!

I probably should’ve stretched before and after Lol And that’s my plan to do work my way up instead of trying to just do it in one big go Surprisingly my legs are still sore should I push through the pain or just wait until they heal? It hurts to squat 😩

I would wait and heal a little. Some soreness is bound to happen but you don't want to hurt or strain a muscle from over exertion. My legs will feel sore and rubbery afterwards so I would wait a day or two before trying again but it definitely gets better over time.
