Thoughts on Vitamin K, Hep B, and eye cream after birth

I denied them all with my first and plan on denying them this go around.

Vitamin K is incredibly important in newborns. It helps to prevent brain bleeds that can lead to developmental delays and even death. It helps to bridge the time between birth and when babies start making vitamin K on their own.
