You should probably ask your doctor. I'm 3 1/2 months PP, and I messed around and hurt myself trying to get back to my old routine. You might want to start slow and ease into it if the doctor clears you.
Totally depends, it's a very individual thing. I had a prolapse after birth so eventhough I'm 5 months pp i need to be careful with high intensity/high impact workouts and opt for more frequent low intensity workouts instead. Depends on your body. Maybe speak to a GP or physio :)
