Sometimes we just have to give ourselves grace and honor where we are currently. It's just another phase in the journey of life. Feelings are so temporary, so instead of focusing on what you don't like. Try to focus on the things you do like about yourself and not just surface level stuff. I wish I could say I've lost all the weight, but I lost very little between my 3 pregnancies. I'm basically where I was after the first, 80 pounds heavier than before my first. I will be 38 in October. I had a physical done between my 2nd and 3rd pregnancy and even then the doctor said that my pre pregnancy weight wasn't realistic. Not for a woman that birthed 2 children! I could see that as a challenge, but instead it helped me change my perception of weight loss. He said 160 was realistic for my height, age (30) and having children. That number not only seemed more achievable at the time, but it took pressure off. At this point I don't step on the scale because it's a liar! I feel my clothes fitting looser.

I can see a difference when I look in the mirror. I'm still experiencing hair loss, but I'm happy to have what I have currently. I'm trying different things to regrow my hair and I have acne almost like a teenager. I have made my focus my mental health and other benefits come along with the focus on positivity. I get outdoors and walk, and try to eat healthier more often. It seems changing my focus has improved multiple areas of life. I hope you choose to change your perspective and shift your focus. For you and for baby because self care is important. We can't take care of anyone else if we don't take care of ourselves.

@Skyla thank you ❤️❤️
