Queefing while stretching. How do I deal?
Okay so this is TMI and embarrassing but wondering if anyone else has this. So I'm not really back in a workout routine as it's way too hot to run, but I do some yoga at home. I'm 6mo PP but everytime I do downward dog I wind up queefing. It makes me anxious to do a workout class because I'm worried it'll happen in front of other people. I didn't tear, no incontinence, and everything feels back to normal, but I'm wondering if this is just a new feature of my life or if I can be doing anything to improve it. Lmk how you dealt with this!
Have you done pelvic floor exercises?
