Anyone burnout yet?

I have my regular breaks, try to keep myself busy with the baby but it just seems never ending now.. i don't have any friends or family nearby. Nowhere to go and just relax for a while. How are you all coping?

I have no tips but wanted to say you’re not alone. I have no daytime help with my LO and my husband is about to start his really busy period at work so won’t be home in the evenings and weekends to help me either. I’m going to have to really dig deep over the next few months as I already feel like I’m running on empty!

7 months in and I’ve had 1 maybe 2 occasions of like a couple of hours ‘break’ … I’m exhausted. No childcare near us unless we pay, husband works full time and some. She used to sleep through and now started waking again once or twice through the night😫

With you there. Mine barely naps in the daytime anymore so we're on the go all day. I see baby sensory as a break because it's not me having to think of what to do to entertain him. Bloody knackered.

I get no help from my partner and I've had 2 2 hour breaks from my mum. My baby also barely sleeps (I'm talking 12 hours in a 24 hour period) I hit burnout about a month ago 🙃

Definitely not alone! I have no help from family and my partner isn’t much help. I’ve done every night and nap time since he was born 😂 very burnt out and feeling guilty I can’t be the best mum when I’m so exhausted 🥹 xx

@Alice sounds terrible.. i have just started swimming with the baby.. he gets so tired that he sleeps through.. play zones are also great to keep them busy
