Significant other deleting off ring doorbell

is it wrong for me to be suspicious of my significant other deleting 4 notifications off of Ring between 1130pm and 1:30am after I’ve been away from home for a week and a half and he knows that I’m coming home today I wasn’t supposed to be coming home for another week. Entire reason for these two weeks of taking apart was to see if we wanted to continue our relationship if it was something we wanted to pursue in life, but I am scared It’s going the exact opposite of how I hoped.
