That’s not a bad idea as it sounds like this has become a real fear based anxiety response so in order to face that exposing yourself to testing a lot more frequently (as stressful as this could also feel) could help expose you and eventually ease the anxiety specifically around testing x
@Hayley thats what I was leaning to, the idea would be to desensitise myself to testing... ive ordered a pack of 20 😅 I can start now gives me plenty of time x
@Kate I'm the same, I refuse to test earlier but I think It might be a good idea to try and desensitise myself to tests so it doesn't seem to bad... it can't make it any worse 😅
I have always tested every day starting day 5 after transfer. Certainly helped me by knowing the outcome before hearing from the dr. But note that it can cause other anxieties. Line progression anxiety was real for me, I worried every day whether lines were appropriately getting darker.
I hate testing. I shake and feel sick to the bottom of my stomach. I only test on test day because of this. I wish there was a more simple way, like chewing a sweet and if your tongue turns blue you are pregnant 🙂
