What sort of chicken recipes are you doing for you and your LO’s? I’ve never been a massive meat eater but my husband is. I find beef mince recipes so easy but never know what to do with chicken that my LG can eat too.

Yes to casserole! Easy for baby to eat as nice and tender and it's so easy to make in the slow cooker and you can batch cook.
Good question I've been wondering this as I'm veggie so not in the habit of cooking chicken. Out of interest how are people making chicken casserole without too much salt?
