The book you need to read is called expect the unexpected, you can buy it on Amazon, all about navigating pregnancy after loss , its quite factual and gives you all the statistics and how to talk to your providers about how the next pregnancy should be managed xx

I miscarried last August, started trying again in November and now 21 weeks pregnant. I was given Cyclogest and Aspirin but they were on the back of an emergency scan (due to really bad cramping at 11 weeks). I was given them by a gyno Dr and not my midwife (she was completely unaware until my 16 week appointment). I was told there wouldn’t be much ‘extra help’ unless I had suffered 3 miscarriages however just happened to have a lovely Dr who prescribed me the above. I know every healthboard is different though. So sorry to hear about your loss as well. It’s never easy but just know your not alone x
