I had the exact same surgery April last year, I had an ectopic and left fallopian tube removed. We now have a little boy who is 6 weeks old. I fell pregnant in the October of last year, 6 months after my surgery. We had been trying for 3 years, was due to start IVF twice and each time a week before starting we fell pregnant with our first baby which was ectopic and then our second rainbow baby, both naturally. It’s such a difficult time but honestly stay positive and it can definitely happen, you do also have the option of IVF due to your circumstances further down the line if needed, so do not lose hope and it will all work out ♥️ x

Hey hun , hope you're OK? I had my left tube removed in Sept 22 after having an ectopic in the same tube in May 22. Found out I was pregnant in October 22 and my baby boy is now 13 months old . X

Hiyaa! I had an ectopic in 2020 where I had my left tube removed also. Little over a year later I fell pregnant, we now have a 2 year old little boy 🥰. There is hope! Just make sure to get early scans and look out for the signs if you think something isn’t right. Always here if you need a chat 💗xx

Hello, I hope you're doing okay💞 I had my left tube removed in Sept last year and am now 25 weeks with my rainbow whose egg came from the left side! Wishing you all the best for the future xx

Thank you so much to everyone for all your stories and kind words. I really appreciate it. Can you please let me know how long do you bleed after the surgery for please? Im having like period kinda bleeding it been 5 days post surgery xxx

I'm so sorry for your loss. I suffered an ectopic in April 2022 losing my left tube after I ruptured. I didn't try for another baby till a year later when I felt comfortable to try again. We only did it once and within that month I fell pregnant with my current 8 month old. Don't give up hope, it can happen take time and you need to heal both physically and mentally. Just cus you experienced this does not mean you will experience another one and the epu unit will help you in the early stages.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I had an ectopic in March with left tube removal also. We waited 3 months as I felt my body (and soul) needed the recovery so this is the first month we’re trying again. Scary but all you can do is stay positive and be as healthy as you can. After surgery I bled for about 5 days. Then after just about a month got my periods back as normal. If you want to message me and support each other on the journey I’d be more than happy to chat xx
