Breastfeeding vitamins
Which breastfeeding vitamins are you taking please? Preferably just one rather than the Pregnacare ones I currently have.

Seven seas plus omega 3 are good, I couldn't take pregnacare during my pregnancy as it made my nausea worse, so I took seven seas, and now I'm on the breastfeeding ones👍

My HV just told me to take regular multivitamins
Are we meant to be taking vitamins 😶
My HV said any supermarket regular multi vitamins are enough
@Samantha they recommend it but i keep forgetting😂 i have to leave my babies vit d in obvious spots so ill remember
