My partner is allergic to cow’s milk and we use goat/ sheep yoghurt and butter! Baby has had sheep yoghurt too and she loves it with a bit of PB! We do scrambled eggs, avocado pieces, salmon, blended peas, she had steak strips (they suck the juice out). We have only just tried giving her more than one “thing” in a meal so today she had salmon with scrambled eggs and peas.

Started with single veg pouches, rusks and melty puffs. Now she has chili con carne (no chili or salt, made the sauce), toast with vegan butter, veggies, yet to try egg. I make porridge by blending my plain oats with oat milk - can also add fruit to this 🥰 Follow allergen advice for the wheat and oat in these obvs 🥰
