Tuna pasta bake tonight for tea
Tuna pasta bake is for tonight but not sure if I’m allowed to eat it we don’t do it the “normal way” we cook the pasta on the pan then add tuna mix it with mayonnaise then eat it is that allowed 😂xx

Yeah thats fine (I do it that way too) I think I just read something about not having it more than twice a week cos of the mercury x

I just had a tin of tuna and sweetcorn with mayo cause I was so hungry and didn’t want anything else in the house😂 I was under the impression you couldn’t eat it under any circumstances but then learned on NHS website you can have 4 TINS A WEEK😱 I never eat that much anyway (who does?) 😂

That’s how I make it too, i actually bought some tuna today cos I’m craving a tuna pata 😂 it’s fine to eat. Nhs says no more than 4 cans a week x
