Around 12 weeks
I started running again 6 weeks after my first section and did a half marathon just 4 months later, in hindsight that was probably too soon. I’m having my second section this Monday and will definitely be holding off a little longer and build it up slower
My c-section was September and I got back into it through couch to 5k the following January. Built it up again really slowly! X
Physio advised me 12 weeks before running - start longer decent walks from 6 and they advised going back a bit in distance I was training for a half marathon there advice was to start couch to 5k again even though I was running up to 30 weeks pregnant
