Exercise during pregnancy

When I first got pregnant I was determined I would keep exercising… but in actual fact I haven’t done much at all, except walking! I just canceled my gym membership as I haven’t been going. I have an exercise bike at home I try to use, but it’s hard to feel motivated. I think I might sign up to a local pregnancy Pilates class to replace the gym. What are other people doing to keep fit? Has anyone found good home workout videos on YouTube or follow a plan? Just getting through the day can take up all my energy recently 😂

I can’t train the same way at the gym as I used to, but instead I started going to stretching and pilates classes, also now adding aquafit classes!

I taken up swimming and try to go once a week. I also run and do lots of walking. I found it difficult in the first trimester but much better in the second. I also do yoga occasionally. I listen to my body some days I have no energy and other days I’m fine extra hydration and snacks help.

Bumps and Burpees if you want an "organised" course - they do discounts sometimes. I like it as it has a good mix of weights, cardio, stretching, yoga, pilates etc

Lemonade Mamas offer free pregnancy yoga on youtube, I’ve really enjoyed it so far!

You can download an app called Fit On. It has a lot of work out videos. From really hard intensity to pregnancy, stretching... it is free so you can have a look.

Just been going for a walk every day. Would like to do more now I'm not vomiting every 5 mins

Thank you everyone for your suggestions they sound great. I decided to sign up to a pregnancy Pilates class near me and I’m excited to start
