Routines including naps and milk and food feeds please

Hi mums can people share their routines please so I know I'm not going crazy!!!

6.00 wake up/milk 8.00 nap (1-1.5 hrs) 9/9.30 - breakfast then milk 1.00 milk 2.30/3.00 nap (1-1.5 hrs) 4.30 dinner 6.00 bedtime routine 6.30 milk 6.45 sleep

9ish wake up and breastfeed 10ish breakfast 12 breastfeed & nap 45min-1.5hr 230 lunch 430/5 breastfeed & nap 45min-1.5hr 7 dinner 8 bath time/ wind down 9/10 breastfeed & bedtime Baby then wakes anywhere between 4-9 times overnight and is fed back to sleep. Days vary I’m not strict with it at all I just adapt it to what’s going on that day. Sometimes bedtime is a bit earlier sometimes it’s later x

@Yasmin oh my gosh this is literally the same as me so I'm glad to read this!

@Jess honestly I’ve just learnt not to stress over it I was driving myself mad trying to get into a generic routine you find online etc! I just follow his lead now we sleep when he’s tired, eat when he’s hungry and that works for us x
