I’m 3 months post birth and just started back at gym with a personal trainer I bought a new juicer yesterday to make green juice as I heard so many great benefits If your a gym girlie or doing some sort of fitness.. I wanna know the best supplements to add to my current diet that has helped you mentally and physically?? 🤗

Creatine is the only one I would recommend, lots of research out there to show the benefits and you definitely see the results after a few weeks. A lot of the 'fitness supplements' are a waste of money and do nothing. Healthy diet and protein rich foods is where its at 👌

Just make sure, if you are breastfeeding, that anything you take is fine or recommended. Most supplements unfortunately are not.

I have a greens powder with 36 fruits and vegetables. I then add in a pre and probiotic and also a plant derived collagen builder. I also have a vegan protein shake with added vitamins and minerals x
