Gym during pregnancy.

Looking for your opinion & experience please.
I am going to GYM 4times a week for many years already plus have a lot of additional activities outside it like stretching, yoga , cycling etc.
Now we are actively TTC and I am so confused with recommendations from internet.
Half says no gym just lights exercise like swimming, walking etc, other half says if the GYM /other activities was a normal lifestyle before then all workouts can be continued (unless feeling unwell)
Any ideas on what is the best way to go?
Idea stopping exercise really upsets as I enjoy workouts however if it is safer then of course will do it.
Especially because we had 2 unsuccessful pregnancies previously..

Hey, so I found the gym super helpful for dealing with aches and pains- but it's worth checking with your midwives in case there's anything specific to your case to be aware of. Although, I did develop a prolapse after giving birth (awful awful awful) and part of me suspects that could have played a role as I was weightlifting, but again I don't know for sure and that's just my experience so please don't assume it would happen to you. Ultimately you want to be strong and fit for labour (and then carrying a baby when they're here) but a medical professional would be best to ask
