yoga and pilates are great! also about to start a primal movement program july 1 if you want the sample workout to try too!!! it’s great for pelvic floor stability and preparing for labor!! DM me if you want it?!

@Anna What little I've done is from YouTube 😆 My friend sent me some exercises on Pinterest, but I haven't really gotten into those.
