Quick home morning work out

So along with my healthier eating I’ve decided to try and exercise a little more too. I do quite a lot of walking but wanted to add some other workouts into my day, can anyone suggest some work outs that I could quickly in the morning before the mad rush to get ready to work and nursery - I have about 10-15 minutes free to work out 🏋️

Also, I would love to follow a YouTube workout but I’ll probably have to have the tv on to keep my 1 year old occupied while I do the exercises 🤣

Have a look into the PregActive channel on YouTube (I think it’s the correct name) - she does loads of safe workouts from Pilates to yoga and etc

Have a look at Move with Meggan and Sarah’s day, they both have quick home workouts on their channels! X

I do the work outs on pregnancy and postpartum TV on YouTube, she's got lots of short ones xx

5 rounds 5 push ups 10 air squats 20 lunges 😊

Depends on what kit you have at home as well obviously. But there's plenty you can do. You could also set a timer and get through as many rounds as you can in 15min for example. You'll find lots of safe ones online and adapted to your level too!
