What’s your favourite hot day dinners for the family? It’s boiling in London atm and I need a few good dinner ideas for the next few days that will go down well in the heat! 😂

Roast a chicken, salad and fresh bread. New potatoes, salmon, salad and spinach. Rice, chopped chicken, peppers, mushroom, sweetcorn, side of rocket
An antipasti salad for sure! Tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, olives, crusty bread and balsamic oil, Italian meats 😋

Usually I do something like chicken salad with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes onions sweetcorn etc then modify for babe I whipped up a cottage pie just before it got too warm and had that 2 days in a row
