What I do for simple and fun workouts at home

The first year of having my son, I did not really do any exercises, but I also was going through postpartum. This year I started to walk way more. Where I live, it has been getting way too hot for that. I have been doing workouts from two YouTube channels. Growwithjo and Boho Beautiful Yoga. I have seen such a difference by doing about 15 to 20 minute workout.

Yep all we need is 15-20mins a couple times a week to keep in shape. I also dance, I dance salsa and bachata which is also my breaks and socialising at the end of the week, keeps me fit, gives me a chance to dress up. Been dancing for 2yrs now so whatever you can keep up, keep doing it mama!

I love the workouts on Nourish, Move, Love. There are tons of options, and all free!

I search HIIT workouts and choose the ones ranging from 10-20 minutes. I feel it gives me the most bang for my buck and time because rest periods are like 30 seconds and it’s all continuous
