Working out with baby

omg how precious. I wish I was closer. I'd keep her for free, I know the draining of feeling like you just need a break, and not having people to ask or the money to make it happen ( because now it's either babysitter or groceries for the week)

@Ashley yea. It's just the fact she has her little harness and needs me constantly,but I want to workout so bad. My husband gets to and I can't so I'm just trying to see how I can lol 💜

Call your gym and see if they have any policies about it. If it isn't allowed, talk to your husband about how you need to take turns so you also get the opportunity to go

Find a gym w a crèche. We actually do our workouts at home, he’s bought weights for home. But I’m able to go out and see my gfs, do my own hobbies as well but for the gym find one w a crèche or take turns going

You need time to be without baby. Trust me, it’s important. I had my first baby right before the start of the pandemic so time away wasn’t a thing and it was not good for my mental health.

@Jenna yea that makes sense I'm just so worried about her all the time 😭 plus my husband is also my gym coach/spotter since before baby I was a weight lifter(working on body building)

Some gyms have daycare idk the age limits as I haven't fully dove into it yet, but I briefly googled and there're a lot of options I just don't know the policy's

Tell that man to watch the baby for an hour while you go take care of yourself ☺️ I agree with some of these comments that you need that time to yourself and you can get a good workout in under an hour so it’s not a huge ask IMO. And just try to go in the off times your husband isn’t busy. I go early in the mornings like 4am just to get in and out quickly and my husband is in bed usually sleeping at home anyways
