I would start with pregnancy yoga probably…it’s low impact and can be relaxing and healing. But idk…I’m too lazy and tired these days for that also. But if I had to, that’s what I would choose
Swimming!
@Adelina I would love to! However the pool has been closed since April at my apartment and I don’t really know what to do with my 2.5 year old while trying to swim as she can’t swim yet This sounds so nice though
Maybe a walk around the neighborhood? You can take it as fast or slow as you like and it’s good cardio without over exertion. :)
Why would she start having you workout now this close to the end? Usually they say if you haven't done the exercise prior to pregnancy, pregnancy isn't a great time to start something new. I would honestly ask your OB what they mean and what exercise they recommend because I wouldn't want to take suggestions from strangers that could compromise your pregnancy.
Girl just go for walks
I do CrossFit 3 days a week which is the easy part. I find getting off the sofa, out of bed/car the difficult part 🤣
Walk walk walk! Super beneficial and also low impact.
Treadmill walking with incline!
I say keep it simple with walks! Low impact and great cardio when you keep a consistent rhythm. Be careful who you listen to online, everyone’s pre preg activity levels are so different and I wouldn’t be comfortable starting new things like lifting weights or starting a higher level activity than you were at pre pregnancy.
I also want to add I have a mild prolapse so idk if squatting is best for me
